Some Favorites

I have so many many favorite shots from the past few months I could post pics all day...so for the next few days I'm going to try to share some of them with you. The little guy in the first photo had such a happy spirit. This Nativity scene shot was his idea and I LOVE it. How cute is his wondrous gaze? The little guys in the next shot were some fall favorites that I also happened to shoot in Dec. as well. These 2 are AWESOME special kids and they are twins to boot and I sure have a special place in my heart for twins! And their cousins were GREAT kids too! The next set are from a cool family that I got to shoot twice this fall as well, one for fall and one for Christmas. They have a cool connection. The Mom of the little boy from the super cool railroad shot is a really great lady and her brother married her
husband's sister! SO FUN! These three with the red sweaters on are her neice and nephews. Look for more posts to come in the next few days!

Puddle Play

It sure was a nasy, yucky rainy weekend! With 4 shoots I was praying for dry days but Mother Nature had other plans. Look at this little guy, Mr. M playing in a puddle...too cute!

The Shoemakers Son...

So what is that they say...the shoemakers son always goes barefoot? I hadn't done my own Christmas card photo until today at 4:00! Finally I begged, pleaded and just about threatened Cole to get outside and let me snap a couple. The snow on the ground was a GREAT effect! :-) I think this is the shot I've chosen but I don't really know which effect I like. Let me know what you think, k? And I just love this one of Peyton...she was the only one willing to stay outside and let me shoot a couple more! Good GIRL!

Falling!

Crazy busy time of year for everyone! I hope you all had a delightful, stomach bulging, apple cider swiggin', family huggin, pumpkin pie packin', turkey coma kinda Thanksgiving! Here's a few from some recent shoots. November is almost over....jeeez and Christmas is around the corner! EEEECK!

SQUUUUUEEEEEZZZZE

I can't believe THANKSGIVING is NEXT WEEK! EEEEEKK! I've been packin' in the shoots. So many CUTE KIDS! Some of these just kill me! I think I might have found the best job EVER. I'm totally and completely LOVIN' ever clickin' minute of these shoots.

I know I sent a mass email out but if you didn't get it and are interest in a shoot before the holiday and the price change in 08 CALL me please. I have very few openings left. Jeeeez I feel like a used car salesman but I want to make sure if you want a shoot you can get it! :-D

Here's the BUZZ...

About Halloween...Callie was a beehive! Isn't that cool! Her hair was more yellow than this but the it was getting really dark when I took this pic! Cole was a rocker...I think this was my favorite costume of his EVER, but then you KNOW I've got a super soft spot for rockers! ;-) Peyton wore a cat costume I made for Callie years ago....CUTE! Grace was too cute as a little princess flower fairy. She kept saying, "trick, treat" and "I'm soooo Happy!" Love that! Mr. Mason was shooting cute as a Cowboy!

I have been SO crazy busy with WHIMAGES, I LOVE it! I'm doing something that I love and people are really liking it! Pretty cool for me to see! LOL This little guy was just TOO sweet! He snoozed almost the entire time I was there, it was so nice to get a baby fix! There are a few more pics of him on the www.whimages.com site if you'd like to get your baby fix too!

Hey blog readers! So the WHIMAGES.COM site is ALMOST 1 week old! Pretty cool! We've had a great send off and It's been a busy first week...lots of bookings for November! I still have a couple weekend spots if you are interested and several Monday and Tuesday, and one Thursday opening.

In other news, I occasionally I share a little Peytonism from my youngest daughter because she usually has the cutest things to say. Last Friday, we went to a Haunted Barn/Haunted Hayride at Rockfield Manor. As you know that's one of my favorite places to shoot so my kids are VERY familiar with it. About half way through the hayride nothing exciting/scary had happened. Peyton turns around to Daddy and says, "When is it going to get the haunted?" Ummmm yeah, not too scary for our brave little chick!

And NO, this photo has nothing to do with the post but it's one of my new favorites!

Patience is a pain in the BUTT!

Whimages is NOT live yet. Looks like my domain company went off to a convention and forgot to flip my "live" switch! I've only refreshed my email like 399 times since Monday. It's killing me! Whimages is gettin' a WEBSITE! Like a real live website. Like a .com and all! It's gonna take me a bit to get it figured out and the contracts signed and all the fun schtuff but it's happening for sure. Look how excited some of my clients are! LOL Well the one is my daughter (the sepia with the hat) but STILL! It's a happy, exciting day!

Attack of the squirrels

86 degrees

These 86 degree days are not too condusive to Holiday portraits huh? This looks like July not October! Believe me, we CAN add some cozy hats and scarves and with a close up you'd NEVER know! LOL We just won't take your pictures in this SPECTACULAR field of green! :D Actually, last week in one of my favorite spots many of the leaves were already on the ground because it's shaded and the dry weather. October is booking fast so if you are thinking about it...you might want to check some dates.
